Ms. Swagata Raha is Director-Research & Co-Director, Restorative Practices at Enfold Trust, with over 21 years of experience in legal research and child protection. A legal researcher, trainer, and restorative practices facilitator, she has led POCSO implementation studies, contributed to Juvenile Justice Rules in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh, and has been appointed as amicus in matters before the Karnataka High Court. She completed her B.A.LLB (Hons.) from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and Mst in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University.
