Mr. Reetesh Singh

Mr. Reetesh Singh is presently serving as the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi. He has previously served as Principal Secretary (LJ & LA), Government of Delhi; Coordinator, Delhi International Arbitration Centre; and Officer on Special Duty/Registrar, High Court of Delhi. He also served on deputation as Registrar (Rules), High Court of Delhi, for approximately four years.

He was appointed to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service in 2010, after practising law for approximately ten years. During his judicial career, he has served in both criminal and civil jurisdictions. 

Mr. Singh has also been associated with initiatives concerning the protection of victims of sexual offences and vulnerable witnesses. He assisted in conducting training sessions for various stakeholders dealing with victims of sexual offences, organised by the Delhi High Court Committee constituted to monitor the proper implementation of guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi in matters relating to sexual offences and vulnerable witnesses.
